• Aley Young reserves the right to restrict or remove access to the program at any time, without refund, if there is reasonable evidence that the license of use (3) has been violated or the materials have been misused in any way.

Everything Is Already Within You and Heal the Land Heal the Soil are available in paperback and digital formats. All versions of the books, including any downloadable worksheets, templates, or companion resources, are provided for personal, non‑commercial use only.  

• You may not reproduce, distribute, share, upload, or use any part of the books or their companion materials for teaching, workshops, commercial use, or resale without written permission.  

• All gardening, soil health, regenerative practice, emotional wellbeing, and personal development information shared in these books is educational in nature and reflects personal experience and research. • Digital purchases (including PDFs and downloadable resources) are non‑refundable due to the nature of instant access.

• Membership access for The Inner Rebuild™ is for your personal use only. Sharing login details or granting access to others is not permitted.

5. Refund Policy

All digital products and online course purchases are final.
Due to the instant-access nature of ebooks, audio files, meditations, and courses:

• No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are available once the product has been delivered or access has been granted.

• Please review all product descriptions, previews, sample chapters, audio samples, and FAQs carefully before purchasing.

Refunds will only be provided where required under New Zealand consumer law.

6. Payment Plan Policy

By choosing a payment plan, you agree to complete all scheduled payments in full. Payment plans are not subscriptions and cannot be canceled once access to the program has been granted.

When you enroll using a payment plan, you receive immediate access to the digital course materials. Because digital products cannot be “returned,” all payment plan commitments must be fulfilled regardless of your level of participation.

Failed or Declined Payments

If a payment fails, the system will automatically retry the card on file. You will receive email notifications so you can update your payment details if needed. If payments remain unsuccessful, access to the program may be paused until the account is brought back into good standing.

Access & Completion

Access to the course is contingent upon keeping your payment plan current. If payments are not completed, access may be suspended or revoked without refund.

Refunds

Payment plans follow the same refund policy as pay‑in‑full purchases. If refunds are not offered for this program, payment plan purchases are also non‑refundable.

Commitment

By selecting a payment plan, you acknowledge that you are responsible for completing all payments, even if you choose not to finish the program or access the materials.

7. Paperback Orders & Shipping

Paperback copies of Everything Is Already Within You and Heal the Land Heal the Soil are fulfilled and shipped directly by Amazon.    

Because Amazon manages printing, packaging, and delivery:  

• Aley Young is not responsible for shipping times, delays, lost parcels, damaged items, or courier issues  

• All shipping‑related questions must be directed to Amazon customer support  

• Paperback purchases are subject to Amazon’s sales, shipping, and returns policies    

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of purchase, as it cannot be changed once the order is placed.
