For years, I lived by the rhythms of everyone else’s needs — a devoted mum, carer, and giver. But somewhere along the way, I began to feel a quiet ache within me… a whisper that said, “There’s more — you were made for something deeper.”

Through heartbreak, healing, Reiki, and spiritual surrender, I found my way back to myself. I learned to trust my intuition, to honor my body, and to walk in alignment with my soul’s wisdom. What began as my own healing journey has now become a mission to help other women remember theirs.
