Last night I experienced something that felt bigger than a concert. It felt like a reminder.
From the moment Ed Sheeran stepped onto the stage, there was a palpable energy moving through the crowd — a shared frequency of openness, joy, and presence. You could feel everyone. Thousands of people, hearts open, fully there. That kind of collective energy is rare, and when you’re attuned to it, it’s unmistakable.
What struck me most was Ed himself. He appeared genuinely wholesome, authentic, and deeply human. There was no sense of performance for performance’s sake — just truth expressed through music. You could feel his essence woven through every song. Each story he shared, each lyric sung, carried the imprint of lived experience. Something felt deeply honest about his process: experience life, feel it fully, write from it, then offer it back to the world as art.
That, in itself, is healing.
Watching him reminded me of something we often forget — when we are in that creative zone, that state of joy and flow, nothing else exists. There is no fear, no overthinking, no self-doubt. Just pure creation moving through us. And when we allow ourselves to be in that space, brilliance is not forced — it’s channeled.
From singing in a pub, unsure whether the patrons would even listen, to captivating stadiums simply by being himself — that journey is profound. Not because of fame, but because of courage. The courage to show up. To share. To be seen before knowing how it would be received.
Imagine if fear had governed him. Imagine if he had decided not to put himself out there.
Instead, he chose authenticity — and in doing so, he’s created ripples that touch millions. That kind of medicine is desperately needed in the world right now. It’s a breath of fresh air ❤️
I left the concert feeling deeply inspired and in awe. It felt like a gentle nudge from life itself — a reminder to share my joy, my talents, my excitement more freely. Because we never truly know whose heart needs that offering in a given moment. Or whose life might be softened, opened, or shifted simply because we dared to shine.
It was also a reminder for me — to take courage, to be visible, to be fully myself. To stop dimming or waiting for the “right” moment. Authenticity is the moment.
So today, I’m sitting with these questions:
How can I experience more joy?
How can I share more of my gifts?
How can I allow what moves through me to ripple outward?
We all have that capacity. It lives within each of us.
What will you do with yours? 😃
